Let me start by saying, please call me Annie! Originally from the Midwest, I earned my undergraduate business and graduate accounting degrees at the University of Michigan. Prior to entering the world of real estate, I was a WTA Tour Top 50 professional tennis player and Certified Public Account (CPA). For the past twenty years, Portland has been home, and I’ve developed a deep understanding of the beautiful neighborhoods throughout the metropolitan area. I know the importance of taking the time to find a forever home and community in which people and families can thrive. My goal as a real estate professional is to bring joy to this process by making the experience as positive and seamless as possible.
My background in athletics taught me the importance of hard work, determination and resilience. My years in finance honed my analytical skills and attention to detail. Both attributes allow me to guide clients through the complexities of buying and selling properties with confidence. Additionally, I have a passion for design and hold a certificate in interior design from Heritage School of Interior Design, understanding that a home is not just a place to live; it’s a canvas that reflects your style and personality. Finally, the role of Mom has equipped me with valuable skills in time management, organization, communication and negotiation.
I strive to translate all aspects of my background into every client relationship, whether you're a first-time buyer, looking to upgrade, or selling your home. My commitment to exceptional service is rooted in my belief that every client deserves personalized attention and a tailored approach. I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and dedicated to your success. Together, we will create a game plan tailored to your unique needs and make your real estate dreams a reality. I believe in building relationships that last, and I’m excited to be a part of your journey to finding your perfect home.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me walking our dog, volunteering at school, watching our kids’ sporting events, or playing any variety of sports including tennis, pickleball and golf.
